1. Connect Your HubSpot to ServiceBell

In order to identify target accounts visiting your website, first you’ll need to connect your HubSpot CRM to ServiceBell (or Salesforce):

2. Mark CRM Companies as “Target Account”

Now, we need a way to tell ServiceBell that a specific company visiting your website is a target account. Here’s how:

(Optional) Show “Target Account” property in the default view:

Mark specific companies in your HubSpot as “Target Account”:

If you want specific reps to be routed alerts when their target account visits the website — make sure the rep is the contact/company owner of that target account (in your CRM).
