The journey concluded with an exit to one of his customers, Gap Inc., which was a deal he sourced, closed & managed over the final two years.At ServiceBell, Michael's joined to help build the sales function from the ground up. Thus far, that’s included closing 40+ new logos, onboarding + retaining those accounts, and incorporating real time product feedback to shape roadmap and further ensure product market fit. Early results include a 100%+ increase in revenue, customer count, contract duration, etc.
